COIMA RES wins Property Investor Europe Finance Award as “REIT Finance Team Of The Year”

GIOIA 22 - Porta Nuova puts forward Milan as European innovation lab for the development of the territory. COIMA launches the new development phase of Porta Nuova.

COIMA SGR presents GIOIA 22, the new Porta Nuova tower block. The project was presented today by Manfredi Catella, the Founder and CEO of COIMA, in the presence of GIOIA 22 architect Gregg Jones from Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and Pierfrancesco Maran, Councilor for Urban Planning of the Milan Municipality.

Sustainability Report 2016

COIMA presents its Sustainability Report 2016. The Report attests to the importance of the application of Environmental, Social and Governance criteria in the stakeholder value creating process for COIMA. Currently, 60% of the buildings in the portfolio of funds managed by COIMA SGR are LEED certified and 57% of buildings managed by COIMA Srl are LEED or Breeam certified.

COIMA SGR acquires rights on more than 32 thousands square metres in Porta Nuova Milan

COIMA SGR was awarded the allocation of a communal area of ​​32,208 square metres, entirely located within the Porta Nuova area,  between the streets Melchiorre Gioia, Pirelli and Sassetti, by the municipality of Milan today. The transaction, worth 78,888 million Euros, was funded by the COIMA Opportunity Fund II, reserved for institutional investors and devoted to development projects in Italy.
