COIMA RES S.p.A. SIIQ announces that it has entered into a new financing agreement with UniCredit for Euro 31.5 million (including the VAT line) for the financing of the acquisition of the Pavilion. The financing is secured against the property and features a 5-year maturity and an “all in” cost of c. 1.80%. The financing will be drawn upon closing of the acquisition which is expected by January 2019.
Today, Saturday, 27 October, in Porta Nuova, Biblioteca degli Alberi – The Tree Library – Milan’s newest public park, the third largest in the city’s center, opens its doors to the public. The Park, designed by the firm Inside Outside|Petra Blaisse of Amsterdam, was realized by COIMA which, in June 2015, took over for the Municipality of Milan in performing the works, through an intervention forming part of the overarching urban development project of Porta Nuova.
COIMA hosted the seventh edition of the COIMA Real Estate Forum at the Fondazione Riccardo Catella today, an annual event dedicated to examining and discussing economic trends and scenarios at both domestic and international levels. This year once again the Forum saw the participation of over 200 sector operators, representing approximately 50 primary Italian institutional investors and international investors, representing total assets exceeding two trillion Euro.
The competition – launched by FS Sistemi Urbani and COIMA SGR ‐ was presented today in Milan by Pierfrancesco Maran, Urban Planning, Greenery/Environment and Agriculture Councillor of the City of Milan, Carlo De Vito, Chairman of FS Sistemi Urbani, Manfredi Catella, Founder and CEO of COIMA, Livia Pomodoro, Chairman of the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera and Leopoldo Freyrie, competition manager.
COIMA SGR, through the Porta Nuova Bonnet real estate fund, has presented today the urban regeneration project Corso Como Place.
